MOMENT undertakes, both during the term of this agreement and after the expiration of it, not to disclose or make available, the nature of any matter of the coaching relationship without the express written permission of the client.
2) Professional Coach Accreditation/Certification
MOMENT's Executive Coach engages in training and continuing education, pursuing and/or maintaining ICF (International Coach Federation) Credentials. That process requires the names and contact information of all clients for possible verification. By signing the agreement, you (the Client) agree to have only your name, contact information and start/end dates of coaching with you, shared with the ICF for the sole purpose of verifying the coaching relationship. MOMENT will with no meaning share knowledge regarding the Client.
3) Nature of relationship
MOMENT'S Executive Coaching is an alliance between the Coach and the client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy for achieving these goals. The Client is aware that the coaching relationship is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy. In the event that the client feels the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is the responsibility of the client to seek a licensed professional. Coaching results are not guaranteed. The Client agrees that the Coach is not liable or responsible for any actions taken by the Client. The Client enters into coaching with the understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results. The Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the Internal Coach Federation “(ICF)”.
Both parties may request a change on scheduled dates and time for sessions/training programs. If the Client requests the change and the training program involves services (Facilities, housing, catering) from a third party (other vendors), The Client must then pay all costs from the third party, caused by and related to the change.
